Check In/Out:
Check in time is after 2pm. Check out is 10am. Late checkouts must be arranged and may not always be granted. If you fail to check out on time, management may enforce a penalty of $20/hour.
Damages/Cleaning:
Any Excessive cleaning required over and above our normal cleaning standards will incur an applicable charge. Any Damages or Loss/Theft of equipment from your apartment will be charged at replacement value.
Smoking:
We have a NO SMOKING policy and guests smoking in rooms will incur a penalty of $250 plus any additional charges over and above this value. Management has the ability to remove occupants if deemed necessary.
Valuables:
136 on Bealey Motel will not be held liable for any occupant's valuables or equipment (goods of value) whilst staying with us.
Visitors:
Visitors are welcome but must park their vehicle on the street and vacate the property by 10pm.
Payment Policy:
In addition to the above Terms and Conditions, I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for the payment in full of all costs associated with this accommodation. I also give my authorisation to charge my credit card for any unpaid charges for damage/theft from unit(s) during the period of my occupancy.

We have adapted to a streaming media player so you can watch YouTube, Netflix primary (available free of charge to each room), etc over our ultra fast fibre broadband. Sky Sport is available only in certain rooms, please enquire before making your booking.
